Install FlixLeo in 5 steps

For iPhone and iPad users with SideStore already configured.

  1. Tap Get FlixLeo for iOS above to save the IPA using Safari.
  2. Open the Files app and locate the IPA in Downloads.
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi, open LocalDevVPN and select Connect.
  4. Open SideStore → My Apps → + and choose the downloaded FlixLeo IPA.
  5. Let SideStore sign and install the app. Open FlixLeo from your Home Screen.
Keep it active. Free Apple Accounts typically require SideStore to refresh installed apps within 7 days. Connect LocalDevVPN before installing or refreshing.
First-time SideStore setup

Set up SideStore once

A Windows, Mac or Linux computer is required for the initial SideStore setup.

  1. Check your device runs iOS or iPadOS 17 or newer in Settings → General → About.
  2. Review the official prerequisites. Install LocalDevVPN on your Apple device and iloader on your computer.
  3. Connect the Apple device with a cable, trust the computer, open iloader and choose Install SideStore (Stable).
  4. On the Apple device, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the developer associated with your Apple Account. Enable Developer Mode where required.
  5. Connect LocalDevVPN, open SideStore, sign in using the same Apple Account and refresh SideStore from My Apps.
  6. Return to the FlixLeo installation instructions on the left.

Privacy tip. Enter your Apple Account details only inside official SideStore/iloader setup. FlixLeo's website never asks for your Apple Account credentials.

Answers to the most common SideStore installation issues.

Does FlixLeo work on my iPhone or iPad?

FlixLeo requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or newer and a compatible iPhone or iPad. Open Settings → General → About to check your current software version.

Why is the IPA not installing?

Confirm SideStore is installed and signed in, Wi-Fi is connected, LocalDevVPN is running, the developer profile is trusted and Developer Mode is enabled where required. Check the official SideStore setup guide.

Why does it say the app will expire in seven days?

Free Apple Account sideloading certificates normally expire after seven days. Open SideStore, enable LocalDevVPN and refresh FlixLeo before the period ends. Free signing accounts also have an active-app limit.

Can I install FlixLeo directly from Safari?

Safari downloads the unsigned IPA into Files. iOS does not install unsigned IPAs directly from a normal website; import the file into SideStore and let it sign/install the application.

Is this the same as a web app?

No. This iPhone/iPad IPA contains a native SwiftUI interface and uses Apple's AVKit playback framework. It connects to the FlixLeo service for catalog and account data.

Are all streams and native features guaranteed?

No. This is an early native iOS release. Playback depends on source availability and Apple-supported formats. Unsupported codecs, restricted providers and some advanced player behavior still need physical-device verification.
